If you pick up a celebrity magazine, you don’t have to flick through too many pages before the word ‘Botox’ will pop up. Whether this is in an adverse light, because a celebrity has gone a little OTT on the injections, or whether it’s a positive vibe, we can’t deny that this seeming wonder injection is everywhere we look!
There’s a reason for this – Botox is a wonderfully easy way to turn back the ticking clock of aging, and prevent you from looking older than you are (or your age – but don’t tell anyone!).
With all this in mind, should you get Botox?
Here at Trifecta Med Spa we are committed to ensuring that every single person who walks through our doors requesting Botox is a) having it for the right reasons, and b) a suitable candidate for the injections. We helps countless residents and visitors to NYC, all requesting a turning back of the ticking clock, but we always do it in the right way, and in the most professional way – you won’t get those ‘overdone’ results you see in magazines with us!
To blow our own trumpets a little, we have recently been awarded the Diamond award by Allergan, which means we are high in the top 2% of Botox providers in the USA. When you think about how many clinics offer Botox these days, you have to admit that it’s quite the achievement! This shows you just how professional and committed we are to giving you the best results we possibly can.
Now, if you’re reading this and thinking that Botox might be a good option for you, the next step is to pick up the phone and give us a call. We can schedule you in for your first consultation, where we can assess where to go from there.
The first question is usually how quickly Botox can be administered, and then how long the results last for. Well, to answer those questions, a Botox treatment usually only lasts for about 10 to 20 minutes maximum, depending on where you’re having Botox; this means you can easily schedule this into your busy day, without any disruption, and no downtime required! To answer the second question, Botox lasts for around 90 to 120 days, depending on the person, and then a series of injections will need to be completed, to keep the results looking youthful and clear.
The third question is usually about how painful it is. Well, it’s not painful per se, but you may feel a tiny bit of discomfort at the injection site, but for a very, very short period of time. Basically, it’s more of a discomfort than a pain, and this should disappear quickly.
So, is Botox for you? There’s really only one way to find out, and that’s to give us a call and have a chat about your options. The fact you’re even thinking about it tells us that you may just be someone who could benefit from freezing the ticking clock, boosting your confidence, and giving you that youthful glow that you’re clearly after!
